LEASE TERMS

Brookhill Apartments has a One Year Lease Term

DEPOSIT

A Deposit of $500 is required along with first month rent at move in. This deposit is refundable if the tenant fulfills the one year lease and returns the apartment in the original condition of move in date.
If the lease is terminated before the one year lease is fulfilled, the deposit is forfeited. If the apartment has been damaged beyond normal wear and tear, all or some of the deposit can be used to repair the apartment.

UTILITIES

WATER: $45 per month

Electric: $100 per month (this is an estimated average)

Garbage $15 per month (this is an estimated average)

GROUNDS

The owners maintain the grounds at Brookhill Apartments

PEST CONTROL

Pest control is included in the rent cost. Brookhill Apartments are treated quarterly for pest.
