RENT COST

Rent is $900 per month (water, electric and trash not included)

LEASE TERM

Brookhill Apartments has a one year lease term

DEPOSIT

A deposit of $900 is required along with first month rent at move in. This deposit is refundable if the tenant fulfills the one year lease and returns the apartment in the original condition of move in date. If the lease is terminated before the one year lease is fulfilled, the deposit is forfeited. If the apartment has been damaged beyond normal wear and tear, all or some of the deposit can be used to repair the apartment.

UTILITIES

WATER: $45 per month (water is paid along with rent each month)

Electric: $100 per month (this is an estimated average)

Garbage $15 per month (this is an estimated average)

Pest control is included in the rent cost. Brookhill Apartments are treated quarterly for pest.

NO SMOKING or VAPING

Brookhill Apartments is has a NO SMOKING, NO VAPING policy for all tenants living in apartments.

NO PETS

Brookhill Apartments maintains a NO PET Policy. This includes pets that belong to your visitors and pets that someone may ask you to baby- sit for any length of time – NO EXCEPTIONS! A pet is a violation of your lease and may result in fines and the termination of your tenancy.
